Big improvements are coming for the 2013 Nissan Leafelectric car. To stay competitive with the likes of Toyota Prius, Ford FocusElectric and Chevy Volt, Nissan is planning to make some serious improvementsto the Nissan Leaf later this year, which includes a more efficient heater forcold-weather driving, new interior color choice and leather seats.
According to Nissan, with the new heater, the 2013 NissanLeaf electric car may have up to 20-25 miles more of driving range undercold-weather conditions.
Nissan has been increasing the pricing of the Nissan Leafthroughout the years since its debut in 2010. Now the question: Will pricing ofthe 2013 Nissan Leaf increase? And from the trend that we saw, the answer tothat question is a likely “yes”.
